Refund & Return Policy

MONØ ESSNTL is a brand operated by TISHPRISH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We take pride in the quality of our products and want your experience with us to be seamless and considered.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or refund.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact


Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor color variation due to screen/display differences

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery

We encourage customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email us at support@indirectix.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images or video showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond within 1–2 business days.


Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable

  • In some cases, customers may be asked to ship the product back to us

Returned items must be securely packed to prevent transit damage.


Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment gateways


Replacement Option

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Damaged Packages on Delivery

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Please do not accept delivery, or

  • Record a clear video while opening the package and contact us immediately
